What jump higher programs can teach you

Can you learn how to jump higher simply by repeating the act of jumping many times until you get so used to it that you develop the necessary leg strength? Hah, that would be an amusing idea, but no, that is simply not enough. There is far more to jumping higher than just...jumping. Jump higher programs will teach you that you have to develop your flexibility, among many other. Being flexible helps your body become more comfortable as you stretch upward during your jump. You also need to work on your leg strength, and you can do this with a variety of workouts, including lunges and squats. Your legs, especially your calves, are the source of your strength in every jump--the more power they are capable of, the more strength you can draw from them.

Don't forget that jump higher programs should also assist you in developing every part of your body, improving your muscle tone. The workouts you do should strengthen your body; this is a good way for you to stay strong and avoid any possible injuries.
